Daventry & District Citizens Advice Bureau provides a generalist advice service. Using the CAB Service’s unique information system we can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects.

In addition to our general service we can also offer detailed money and employment advice (although currently not representation), and home visits.

If you need advice you may be able to find the information you require on the advice category page. CAB advice and information can also be found in the Adviceguide on the Citizens Advice website.

If you need further advice or information, and you live in the Daventry & District area, we offer an advice by email service or you can contact us in person, by phone or in writing.

If it is impossible for you to travel to the Bureau in person, it may be possible to arrange a home visit. Please see the home visiting page for further details.

If you do not live in the area we cover, the national Citizens Advice website includes a UK-wide directory of local CAB with their contact details and the services that they provide.

NEW -  Information Kiosk in the reception area of The Abbey.

This uses touch screen technology to provide information on the wide variety of subjects dealt with by CAB.

The kiosk is available during the Abbey opening hours:

Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm and Sat 9am - 4pm.
